We had beautiful weather and a great turnout. 172 runners registered for the race. I think this was a record number. 157 finished. Click here for the results in Excel.

I want to thank Newton Parks and Rec for their cooperation in opening the bathrooms and the park gate early for this race.

I also want to thank all of the area businesses who contributed time, money, or gift certificates in support of this race. They are all listed on your t-shirts except Tom's Pizza who made a contribution after our printing deadline but I wanted to mention them. Village Bank manned the 2 mile water table. Ray Dinno of Keyes Drugs does a lot of fundraising behind the scenes. Please use these local businesses...support Auburndale, support the race.

I also want to thank the Newton Auxiliary Police who volunteer every year to man the most dangerous intersections.
